Charles Koonce, owner and founder of Koonce Consulting and Testing is an AIAQC/IAQA Certified Mold Consultant accredited by the Council of Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards(CESB), which requires extensive formal education and a minimum of 8 years on site investigative work in the field of indoor air quality.
Mr. Koonce is also a licensed, bonded and insured State of California Certified Asbestos Consultant, State of Nevada Licensce Asbestos Inspector, Management Planner, Project Designer and an Asbestos abatement Monitor. He is also certified and registered by the State of California and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a Lead Base Paint Inspector/Assessor and certified and registered by the American Association of Radon Scientist and Technologist (AARST) as a Residential Radon Assessor and a California Building Performance Contractors Association (CBPCA) and EPA registered Energy Star Partner.
